I don't know about you, but I'm needing as much comfort and calm as I can get these days. I'm grateful for the various activities I've picked up over the past couple years which have helped curb my anxiety - from coloring and knitting to playing flute & tuba. I think it's time I reinvigorated my attempts at yoga too!
