******* What is a REVERSE AUCTION? **********
It’s a GREAT opportunity to buy ORIGINAL Art at a great price! Every Day from April 2 thru April 22, an original art piece by Jennifer will be uploaded to a “REVERSE AUCTION” section of her online store, price reduced at a minimum of 20% off the original selling price at time of upload. (A total of 20 pieces will be uploaded!) Every week day afterward, the price will be REDUCED another 5% at NOON Pacific Time until the FINAL DAY of the Auction on April 22. All unsold items will return to their original price April 23.
How does that work?
If a painting was originally $750, it would start the auction at $600. Every day it goes unsold, it will be reduced at least another 5%. You may be able to buy a $750 painting for less than $200 by the end of the auction!
WHY? It’s FUN! And it’s also a great way to make room for more paintings in the studio!
Follow the fun online and see what ART you need for YOUR home this Spring!
20% of proceeds will be donated to the Nature Conservancy in Honor of Earth Day 2019
******* Painting Details Below ****************
From the Final Chapter of the NeverEnding Story series of Original 6x6 inch paintings by me - Jennifer Lommers
Painting No 110 in the Series is based on a beautifully colored Tanager bird and would make a beautiful addition to a home and a great little conversation piece! It is painted as part of a collective called, "The NeverEnding Story". Each block in the series is a stand-alone individual painting as well as part of a larger tree image. Each position in the tree may be painted multiple times with different subject matter as the tree was re-filled when paintings found new homes to enjoy. This painting, however, is the last one of its position as a part of the "Final Chapter" in the series. The block number indicates the position in the tree, numbered top to bottom, left to right. The Final Chapter in the Series is the last version of the tree that will be painted in this series.
Painted on a quality cradled birch board panel made in Salem, OR, each original block is stamped on the sides with a hand carved design to differentiate it as an Original in the Final Chapter of the Series. All sides are also sealed with an Acrylic polymer matte varnish. Velcro is attached to the back for easy hanging, or it can easily be placed on a shelf for a lovely display.
Size: 6 x 6 x 1.5 inches
Medium: Acrylic on Birch Panel
Painting is Signed and Dated on the back
As with all my paintings, I use Quality artist materials: fade resistant Daniel Smith and M. Graham acrylics & Golden finishes.
Also look for the NeverEnding Story BOOK and postcards, as well as reproductions (as shown) of each of the 128 images of the final chapter design.
